Norfolk Virginian July 23, 1889

WILSON - Yesterday morning, at 9:40 o'clock, at the residence of his son-in-law, 
B.F. Rosson, 30 Walke Street, after a short illness, H.C. WILSON, aged 55 years.
The funeral will take place from above residence THIS (Tuesday) AFTERNOON at 5 
o'clock. Friends and acquaintances respectfully invited.

Mr. H.C. Wilson, a gentleman with many friends in this section, died at 9:40 
o'clock yesterday morning, at the residence of his son-in-law, Mr. B.F. Rosson. 
Mr. Wilson was formerly of New York, but more recently of Baltimore, where he 
had a large circle of acquaintances. His funeral will take place at 5 o'clock 
this afternoon from the residence of Mr. Rosson. Friends and acquaintances are 
respectfully invited to attend.
