She was 88 years old. Mrs. Wilson was the wife of the late Capt. Charles W. Wilson, C.S.A., and a daughter of the late Thomas Bolling West and Mrs. Louisa Mildred Phillips West. Surviving are two daughters, Misses Louisa S. and Frances D. Wilson, and one son, Charles B. Wilson, all of Norfolk. Mrs. Wilson was a member of Old St. Paul’s Church. She was a member of one of Norfolk’s oldest families. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
