The Norfolk Virginian Pilot January 30, 1937
Mrs. Emma Jefferson Wilson, widow of Samuel Hope Wilson, died at her residence, 
115 West Thirty-first street, yesterday morning at 11 o'clock. She is survived 
by two daughters, Misses Jeanette A. and Grace Rice Wilson, and a son, F. J. 
Wilson, all of Norfolk, and two brothers, Thomas Jefferson, of Smyrna, Del., 
and 
W. Frank Jefferson, of Wilmington, Del. Mrs. Wilson was a native of Smyrna, 
Del., and had been a resident of Norfolk 33 years and was a member of the Knox 
Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the residence tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 
o'clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
