Odaris M. Ewing Wilson of the 1000 block of College Park Drive, passed quietly 
and peacefully into eternal rest Feb. 6, 2004, at Sentara Leigh Memorial 
Hospital. She was a native of Norfolk and the daughter of the late Theodore and 
Lucille Cousins Jackson. 

She retired from the Norfolk public school system as a teachers assistant after 
30 years of service. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church and active with 
the Episcopal Church Women and the Wednesday Morning bible class. 

She leaves to cherish her memory four daughters, Theodora L. Osibogun and 
husband, Ade, Denise Germaine Ewing-Williams, Lynn Cyrie Hawkins and Jil Yvette 
Wilson-Robinson and husband, Reynolds; a son, Paul Clinton Ewing Jr. and wife, 
Linda. She will also be sorely missed by sisters, Edwina Reid and Audrey Brown, 
nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. 

A funeral will be conducted Thursday at noon at Grace Episcopal Church, 1400 E. 
Brambleton Ave., with the Rev. Father Harold J. Cobb Jr., DD, officiating. 
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m. 
at Riddick Funeral Service. The body will be placed in the church at 10:30 a.m. 
Thursday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 6 
to 7 p.m. and at other times at 3621 Karlin Ave., Norfolk, the home of Paul and
