Winbauer, a native of Norfolk, Va., formerly was employed at National Cash Register in Norfolk and Florida. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Pompano Beach. Survivors include a daughter, Ann Brooke Winbauer, and a son, Robert A. Winbauer Jr., both of Virginia Beach, Va.; a sister, Mary Elizabeth W. Meehan of Norfolk; and a brother, Martin E. Winbauer Jr. of Margate. A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted at 11 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Norfolk, by the Revs. Joseph Slattery, Edward L. Richardson and Gerard Heffernan. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, is in charge. Memorial donations may be sent to St. Mary's Infant Home in Norfolk, the American Cancer Society or Holy Trinity School in Norfolk.
