Virginian-Pilot, December 8, 1891
Mrs. Helen M. Winder, widow of the late Col. Edward L. Winder, died yesterday 
at the residence of her sister, Mrs. J. D. McIntosh, 93 Granby Street, in the 
sixty-third year of her age.
The deceased was a most estimable lady and her death will be mourned by a large 
circle of attached friends. Her illness was of short duration and her death 
unexpected. The funeral will take place at 12 o'clock today from residence.
