Norfolk - Final rites were conducted Sunday in Graves Funeral Chapel for Mrs. 
Vivian Windsor of 421 Parker avenue, who died Nov. 23 in a hospital.  Burial was 
in Calvary Cemetery.  The Rev. F. P. Wise officiated at the services.

The Elizabeth City, NC, native was a daughter of Mrs. Annie Gregory and the late 
Isaac Perry and the widow of John Windsor.  She was a member of Mt. Lebanon 
Baptist Church.

Her mother is her only survivor.
