Norfolk Virginian February 15, 1894

Death of a Young Man  -- The many friends of Mr. Lewis A. Wingfield were pained 
to learn of his death, which occurred yesterday morning at the home of his 
father, L.M. Wingfield, on Liberty street.  The deceased was 20 years of age, 
and had a large circle of friends.  The funeral will take place today at 3:30 
o'clock from the Berkley Avenue Baptist Church.  The interment will be in 
Magnolia Cemetery.

WINGFIELD --At residence of parents, Liberty street, Berkley, February 14th, at 
9 o'clock a.m., LEWIS A., son of Lewis M. and Mary E. Wingfield, aged 20 years, 
6 months, and 14 days.
The funeral will take place THIS (Thursday) AFTERNOON at 3:30 o'clock from the 
Berkley Avenue Baptist Church.  Friends and acquaintances respectfully invited 
to attend.
