Funeral services were held May 27 at Christ CME Church with the Rev. J. T. McClennon, pastor of St. Paul CME Church, officiating. Mr. Winslow was the son of Mrs. Francis Spriggs Winslow and the late William Thomas Winslow. He was a graduate of Booker T. Washington high school, and more of the youngest stewards of St. Paul CME Church. Mr. Winslow was a veteran of World War II and an employee of Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He is survived by his mother, his wife, Mrs. Ella T. Winslow; a sister, Miss Elsie Winslow, of New York City; two brothers, Ralph, and Paul Winslow of Norfolk. Among out of town persons at the rites, besides his sister, were James Winslow, of New York City, and Miss Bettie F.
