T. R. MacBeth officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery under direction of B. F. King Funeral Home. She leaves 50 descendants. She was a native of Norfolk and the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Spriggs. Mrs. Winslow was a member of the No. 1 board of stewardesses, the Household of Ruth and the Tents. She is survived by two sons, Ralph and Paul Winslow, of Norfolk; seven grandsons, James Winslow of New York City; Solomon, George, and Milton Winslow of Norfolk; Oliver, Frederick, and Clarence Castle, and Ralph Winslow Jr. of Norfolk; five granddaughters, Miss Bettie Castle of Washington; Mrs. Mary Castle King of Norfolk; Mrs. Helen Castle Green of Brooklyn, Mrs. Emma Winslow James and Mrs. Frances Winslow Revels of Norfolk; forty great grand-grand-children and three daughters-in-law, Mrs. Georgia Winslow, Mrs. Ella Winslow, and Mrs. Alma Winslow, all of Norfolk.
