The Virginian-Pilot, Wednesday, August 2, 1961

NORFOLK - Mrs. Lillie Winstead, 57, of 370 Hamilton Ave. died Sunday in a 
Norfolk hospital after a short illness.

She was a daughter of the late John and Mrs. Susie Williams and the widow of 
Howard Winstead.  A native of Rocky Mount, N.C., she lived in Norfolk3 5 years.

Surviving is one son, David McEachen of Philadelphia.

The body was taken to Pretlow's Funeral Home, where a funeral service will be 
held Thursday by the Rev. W.B. Westbrook, pastor of New Central Baptist Church. 
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
