Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Barbara W. Cando of Lynnhaven and Mrs. Catherine W. Cando, of Norfolk and two brothers, Francis P. Witzl a member of the Norfolk police force and Martin J. Witzl, Jr., also of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Thursday afternoon, January 31, 1952, at 3 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
