Frank Womble died at the home of his brother, O.G. Womble, 110 Thirty-fourth Street, at 3:30 o'clock a.m. yesterday after a lingering illness. The deceased was born in Raleigh, N.C., but had resided in Norfolk for ten years. He was never married. He is survived by five brothers, O.G. and J.G. Womble, of Norfolk; J.T. Womble, of Durham, N.C. and W.T. and L.D. Womble, of Raleigh, N.C.; also one sister, Mrs. D.L. Royster, of Raleigh. The deceased was a member of the Baptist Church. The funeral occurs Wednesday and will be conducted by Rev. Dr. Sparks W. Melton. ***************************************************************** The funeral of the late B. Frank Womble was held from the residence of his brother, O.G. Womble, 110 Thirty-fourth Street at 4 o'clock yesterday and was largely attended. The service was conducted by Rev. R.J. Bateman of the Park Place Baptist Church. The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. The following were the pallbearers: Julian Russell, J.W. Dunston, George W. Beasley, W.H. Martin, J.H. Walters and George W. Liverman.
