Virginian Pilot Wednesday May 30, 1894
WOOD -  At his residence, James street, Tuesday evening, May 29th, at 4 o'clock 
a.m., JOHN THOMAS WOOD, aged 48 years.
The funeral will take place THURSDAY, May 31st at 4 o'clock, from St. Luke's 
Episcopal Church,  Friends and acquaintances respectfully invited to attend.

The funeral of Mr. John T. Wood took place yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock from 
St. Luke's P.E. Church, and was conducted by the rector, Rev. A.S. Lloyd.  The 
interment was in Elmwood.
