Mr. Woodard owned and operated the Dixie House Restaurant. Born in Norfolk, Va., he moved to Central Florida in 1970. He was a member of the choir, and the theater guild at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, DeLand. He was a charter member of Knights of Columbus Lodge 3548, Norfolk; a board member for Shoe String Theater; and active in Stover’s Summer Theater. Survivors: wife, Frances; sons, Stephen, DeLand, Paul, Memphis, Tenn.; daughters, Carol Boston, Norfolk, Joan Haedrich, Baton Rouge, La., Constance Sturdevant, Sacramento, Calif., Bernadette Crick, Tallahassee; brother, Raymond C., Orange Park; eight grandchildren; one great- grandchild.
