The Norfolk Virginian Pilot September 1, 1937
Sylvester Woodard, aged 45, son of the late Clarke and Lula Woodard, died at 
the residence, 2102 Georgia avenue Monday night at 10:30 o'clock. Mr. Woodard 
was a native and life long resident of Norfolk.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home this 
afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
