Funeral Rites Held For Mrs. Elnora Russell Woodhouse

NORFOLK - The funeral services of Mrs. Elnora Russell Woodhouse, daughter of the 
late William Thomas and Mrs. Pennie Russell, were held Wednesday, March 25, at 2 
p.m. at St. John's AME Church, with Dr. J.R. Johnson Jr., pastor, officiating.

Mrs. Woodhouse died Sunday, March 22, at DePaul Hospital. She was the wife of 
Johnnie E. Woodhouse, Princes Anne county, Va.

Besides her husband, she is survived by five sons, Lorenzo, John, Leon, Oscar, 
Alexander; two daughters, Miss Inez Woodhouse and Mrs. Beatrice Lamb; one 
sister, Mrs. Inez Ross of Philadelphia; six brothers, William Russell, Alee 
Russell of Washington, D.C., Leon Russell, Lorenzo Russell, Roland Russell, and 
Wilie Russell, and seven grandchildren.
