Mrs. Woodhouse, a native of Norfolk, retired from the Southampton County school system after 25 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church Bute Street; the Virginia Teachers Association and Norfolk Temple 1-A Elks. She was a graduate of Norfolk Mission College and the widow of Ernest Woodhouse. She is survived by several cousins. The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church Bute Street by the Rev. Robert G. Murray. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The body will be taken to the church at 11 a.m. Thursday. Family and friends will assemble at Hale Funeral Home at 12:45 p.m. for the procession.
