Mrs. Woodworth was a daughter of the late W.T. and Mrs. Josephine Foiles Oakley, and wife of J.H. Woodworth, who survives her. She is also survived by three daughters: Misses Edith, Josephine H. and Muriel Woodworth; a son, Basil; two brothers, Harry L. Oakley, of Portsmouth and William E. Oakley, of Norfolk County and a sister, Mrs. G.R. Spady, of Northampton County. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral apartments of E. Lee Cox, 402 Berkley avenue, this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock and burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
