Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - September 9, 1991

Mary E. Woody, 63, of the 800 block of Goff St., a domestic worker, died Sept. 
5, 1991, in her home.
Mrs. Woody was born in Norfolk. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Deloris B. Canty of San Diego, Calif.; seven 
grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Twilight Funeral Home. Burial 
will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Viewing will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the 
funeral home. Friends may join the family at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the residence 
for the funeral procession to the chapel.
