NORFOLK - James ``Jimmie'' F. Wooley , 60, of the 9600 block of Selby Place,
died April 22, 2001 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

He was a native of Norfolk, attended military school and graduated from St.
Joseph High School. He was predeceased by his father, James Wooley Sr.

Mr. Wooley is survived by his wife, Shirley Wooley ; one daughter, Deborah A.
Hanna of Norfolk; a stepdaughter, Evelyn Lamar of Queens, N.Y.; his mother,
Carrie G. Brown of Norfolk; five grandchildren, Shawn Isaac of Norfolk, Nicole
Hanna of Norfolk, Joseph Booker and Rafael Brunson of Queens, N.Y.; three
great-grandchildren, Chantel Hanna of Norfolk, Courtney Rhodes of Norfolk, and
LaShawnta Watson of Norfolk; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hale Funeral Home Chapel by
the Rev. Clarence Edwards. Hale Funeral Home is in charge.
