The Norfolk Virginian Pilot November 20, 1945


Mrs. Alice Waltham Wreghit, 67, widow of Edwin Wreghit, died yesterday at 5 a.m.
a.m. at her residence, 248 Browning Street, following a long illness. 
She was the daughter of the late George C. and Mrs. Eleanor Green Waltham. A nat
native of Nahant, Mass., she had been a resident of Norfolk for 30 years. 
Surviving her are a sister, Mrs. Fred B. Clement, of Norfolk, and an Aunt, Mrs. Ju
Julia Thomas, of Surry, England, and a number of cousins. 
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the James V. Derry F
Funeral Chapel by the Rev. W. Taylor Willis, D.D., rector of Christ and St. L
Luke’s Episcopal Church, of which Mrs. Wreghit was a member. Interment will be i
in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
