Main street after an illness of nearly a month. She was the widow of Captain John W. H. Wrenn, and daughter of the late Josiah Cowper and Mrs. Mary Keith Parker. She was a native of Clay County, Mo., and after spending a number of years in Portsmouth the family changed their residence to Berkley 25 years ago where they have resided since. Mrs. Wrenn is survived by a brother, Lieutenant Colonel Leo Parker, U. S. Army Missouri, Miss Sue Parker, and Mrs. Ottley, wife of Colonel J. J. Ottley. She was a highly esteemed member of St. Thomas Church. Her husband died five years ago. The funeral will take place at St. Thomas Church Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock and burial will be in the family lot in Magnolia cemetery. Rev. E. W. Cowling, rector of St. Thomas, will conduct the services. ************************************************************************ WRENN - Entered into rest at her residence, 109 N. Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark April 15, 1913 *********************************************************************** The funeral of the late Mrs. Mary Parker Wrenn, widow of John W. H. Wrenn, who died on Sunday morning at her home on Main street, took place this afternoon at 8:30[3:30] o'clock from St. Thomas P. E. Church and was largely attended. The funeral services were conducted by the Rev. E. W. Cowling and special music appropriate to the services was rendered by the choir. The remains were laid to rest in the family lot in Magnolia cemetery and there were many floral tributes. Those who acted as pallbearers were Messrs Joseph W. Morgan, Lee Richmond Powell, George T. Tilley, W. B. Watson, Russell A. McCoy, N. P. Tatem, J. E. Gould, W. L. Berkley and A. S. J. Gammon.
