He was the son of Marie-Claude P. Wrenn-Myers and the late Dr. McDonald E. Wrenn, Jr. (Ed), and the stepson of Dr. Robert A. Myers. Until recently, he had worked as support staff for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Edmund attended the Tuxedo Park School, Tuxedo, New York, and Rowland Hall Saint Marks, Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in drama in 1996. He was a member of SAG-AFTRA. He joined Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji) during his college years. Edmund loved skiing - he was a former member of the Snowbird, Utah, intermountain ski race team - fishing, films, sports, all of his pets, and a good poker game. He will be very much missed by his mother, his stepfather, his brother, Edward Wrenn and his wife, Malin; his aunts and uncles, Fiske and Michelle Warren, Alain and Georgia Palmieri; his godmother, Randi Palmieri; cousins Larry Freer; Serena, Alexis and Stafford Palmieri; Jerry and Julie Shield; Matthew and Christopher Warren and their wives Liza and Tanya; and his nieces and nephews, Nico, Silas, Daniel, Anya, and especially Isabelle Wrenn, whom he had planned to take to her first N. Mets game. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 3:00pm at St. Joseph's Church, Yorkville, 404 East 87th Street. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to The Actors Fund, 709 7th Avenue, N.Y., N.Y. 10019, in memory of Edmund. Edmund died suddenly of a heart attack on December 27, 2012 at his residence in Jamaica, NY. He attended the Rowland-Hall Saint-Marks School in Salt Lake City for 12 years, graduating in 1992. He graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1996. He was a member of SAG-AFTRA. Edmund's late father, Dr. McDonald E. Wrenn, Jr., was a Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Utah. Edmund was a member of the Snowbird ski racing team for many years and his first job was selling popcorn at the Utah Jazz games at the old Salt Palace. He returned to Utah sometimes to ski, sometimes to fish, and always to see friends. He died much too soon and will not be forgotten by his mother, Marie-Claude Wrenn-Myers, his stepfather, Dr. Robert A. Myers, New York City; his brother and wife, Edward and Malin Wrenn, Wilmington, NC, and daughter, Isabelle; his cousins Larry Freer of Renton, WA, Alexis Palmieri of Las Vegas, NV, Serena Palmieri of New York City; his aunts, Michelle Warren, New York City and Julie Shield, Prospect, VA; his godmother, Randi Palmieri, Los Angeles, CA; and many uncles, cousins and friends - as well as nieces and nephews, who think of him in heaven. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, majoring in drama in 1996. He was a member of SAG-AFTRA. His late father was a Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Utah. His great-grandfather, Charles Ormond Wrenn, manufactured carriages and buggies in Norfolk, was president of A. Wrenn & Sons, and in 1901 united with Godwin & Co. to build an automobile, the Godwin & Wrenn, powered by electric batteries. Edmund was the grand-nephew of the late Josephine Wrenn of Norfolk. He is dearly mourned by his mother, Marie-Claude Wrenn-Myers and stepfather, Dr. Robert Myers, of New York City; his brother, Edward, and his wife, Malin, and their daughter, Isabelle, of Wilmington, North Carolina; his aunts Michelle Warren of New York City, and Julie Shield of Prospect, Virginia; his cousins Larry Freer of Renton, Washington, and Stafford Palmieri of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; as well as by many aunts, uncles, friends, nieces and nephews.
