Virginian-Pilot, September 14 & 16, 1886
Mr. James Wright, son of Mr. Wm. Wright, chief engineer at the city
water works, died yesterday morning of bilious fever.

During the obsequies yesterday afternoon of James B. Wright,
deceased, the city alarm bell at police headquarters was tolled
as a tribute of respect to the memory of the deceased.
