Norfolk Virginian Pilot Monday February 12, 1951
Mrs. Ella Frances Banks Wright, 85, died at the residence of her son, Claude 
E. Wright, 1807 Omohundro Avenue, yesterday at 4 p.m. after an illness of 
two months.
A native of Princess Anne County, she had been a resident of Norfolk for 
more than 65 years. She was the widow of John William Wright and daughter of 
Mrs. and Mrs. William Banks.
She is survived by her son, with whom she resided.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Cox Funeral Home today at noon by 
the Rev. P. Rowland Wagner, pastor of Central Baptist Church. Burial will be 
in Elmwood Cemetery.
