MRS. MARIA WRIGHT

NORFOLK - Mrs. Maria Louise Wright, 70 of 8148 Walters Drive died in a hospital 
Tuesday.

She was the widow of Julian Morton Wright and a daughter of Johann and Mrs. Klara 
Baer.

A native of Obermeidig, Germany, she lived here five years.

She was a member of St. Pius Catholic Church and a retired private practical 
nurse.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Marmon Bradley and Mrs. John Morris of 
Norfolk, and Mrs. Aubrey Hall of Bon Air; a brother, Peter Baer, of Lynchburg; 13 
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Pius Catholic Church Thursday at noon.  
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

A prayer service will be held tonight at 8:30 in Smith & Williams Funeral Home.

The family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to 
St. Mary's Infants Home.
