Norfolk Virginian Pilot April 12, 1942

Mrs. Frances Wright, aged 94, widow of John Wright, died last night at 10:15 
o'clock at a local hospital.  She is survived by a son, W.J. Wright, 817 Windsor 
Avenue, with whom she lived; a brother, W. C. L. Williamson, of Norfolk; a 
sister, Mrs. Georgia M. Smith, of Kempsville; a grandson, Linwood A, Wright, of 
Norfolk; three great-grandchildren, W. Wright Bell, of Norfolk, and Misses 
Ernestine and Margean Wright, of Norfolk County; two nieces and a nephew.  Mrs. 
Wright was a native of Princess Anne County where she resided all her life until 
two years ago, when she moved to Norfolk.  She was a member of Kempsville 
Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow 
afternoon at 3 o'clock.  Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
