Virginian Pilot October 27, 1909

George T. Wright died at 9 o'clock yesterday morning in his home in the Western 
Branch District, after an illness of about a week's duration.
He was a native of Princess Anne County, but removed to the Western Branch 
District about eight years ago.
A widow, Mrs. Margaret Sutton Wright, three sons and three daughters survive him.
The funeral service will take place at 1 o'clock this afternoon in the Wright 
residence and at the conclusion of the service the body will be conveyed to 
Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk.
