Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, October 25, 2000 
Walter L. Wyatt, 66, departed this life on Oct. 22, 2000, in a local hospital.

Mr. Wyatt was a former employee of DePaul Hospital, where he worked as an
environmental service worker for 10 years.

He is survived by four brothers, Lee A. Sherrod Jr. and wife, Sandra, Rudolph
Sherrod, all of Norfolk, Arnold Sherrod and wife, Shawna, of Atlanta, Ga., and
Reginald Rosser of Tappahannock, Va.; two sisters, Regina Darden and husband,
Marshall, of Virginia Beach and Cynthia Harris of Norfolk; a special niece,
Chrystal Sherrod of Norfolk; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and
friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Phabie Sherrod and brother, Leon Wyatt.

A funeral will be held at noon Thursday at Graves Funeral Home by the Rev.
Maurice Bolden. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery .
