He was a son of Jacob and Katie Wynn and was born in Bertie County, N.C. He lived in Norfolk 53 years and retired form Colonna Shipyard, Inc., in 1955 after 42 years of service. He was a member of Improvement Masonic Lodge 192 and a deacon of House of Prayer for All People. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Bennetter Wynn; four sons, Weston Lee Wynn Jr., William Wynn, Eugene Wynn and Moses Wynn; and one daughter, Mrs. Katie Mooreman, all of Norfolk. The body was taken to Pretlow's Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held in House of Prayer for All People Sunday at 2 p.m. by Elder Eddie Elliott, assistant pastor. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
