Virginian Pilot June 18, 1986

James Edward Yancey, 52, of the 2700 block of E. Virginia Beach Blvd. died June 
17, 1986, in a hospital.
Mr. Yancey, a Norfolk native, is survived by his wife, Helena Yancey; a 
daughter, Ianthia Reid of Norfolk; two sons, Ronald L. Yancey of Norfolk and 
Larry E. Yancey of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a brother, Harry T. Yancey of 
Norfolk; and six grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev. 
J.L. Kearney Sr.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.  The family will be at 
615 E. Virginia Beach Blvd.  Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
