JOSE YANEZ

NORFOLK - JOSE YANEZ, 68, of 1412 W. 41st St., the husband of Mrs. Mary Rano Yanez 
and a son of Jose and Mrs. Joaquina Yanez, died in a hospital Wednesday.

A native of Coruna, Spain, he lived in this area 44 years.  He was a member of 
Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and was employed by City Roofing Co.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. James Bryan of Virginia 
Beach; three sons, Joseph Ramon Yanez of Virginia Beach and Anthony Francis Yanez 
and John J. Yanez, of Norfolk; and five grandchildren.

The Rosary will be recited in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, Friday at 
8 p.m.

A Requiem Mass will be said in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Newport Avenue, 
Saturday at 10 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.  The family will be at 

5604 N. Pawnee, Arrowhead.
