She was born March 8, 1919, in Norfolk. She was a founding member of St. Pius Catholic Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Leonico M. Yapo; her brother, John L. Murden Sr.; her parents, Alonzo and Agnes Murden; and her smiley brother-in-law, Leslie S. Craddock Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Agnes Yapo McClure; her grandson, Gerald E. Yapo, and his wife, Suzanne; great-grandson, Jeremy E. Yapo; and great- granddaughter, Sabrina M. Yapo; her dear sister, Eunice Craddock, and brother, Richard A. Murden; beloved niece, Agnes "Bunny" Craddock, and many great-nieces and -nephews. She now climbs the steps to heaven to meet the love of her life, her husband Leonico. A visitation will be held Monday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel. Following the visitation, a grave service will be held at noon in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
