David Allen Yates, 33, of the 3500 block of Westminster Ave., a maintenance 
employee, died May 5, 1993, in a Norfolk hospital. 
Mr. Yates was born in Kingston, R.I. He was employed with Tabernacle Baptist 
Church, Virginia Beach, where he was also a member. 
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. April Yates; two sons, Asa Allen Agnor and 
Kenneth Paul Agnor, both of Plattsmouth, Neb.; his mother, Mrs. Marilyn Keesee 
of Chesapeake; three sisters, Vivian Watson of Virginia Beach, Debbie Kelly of 
Norfolk and Roseann Bennardo of Merritt Island, Fla.; and three brothers, 
Raymond Yates of Norfolk, Brian Yates of Chespekae and Bobby Yates of Virginia 
Beach. 
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery 
by the Rev. Ray D. Fulayter. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral 
Home, South Norfolk Chapel, Sunday from 4 to 5 p.m.
