Norfolk - Mrs. Dora Quinerly Yates of 1436 Bolton street, who died Jan. 10 in a
Norfolk hospital, was given final rites Jan. 14 in Holy Temple Church.  Burial
was in Calvary Cemetery with Morning Glory Funeral Home in charge.

A native of Ayden, NC, she was a daughter of Mrs. Roberts Quinerly and the late
John L. Quinerly.  She was a member of Pleasant Plains Baptist Church, Ayden.

She is survived by two brothers, James H. Quinerly and George R. Quinerly of
Norfolk, and seven sisters, Mrs. Janie Hines and Mrs. Rosa Harmon of Winter
Park, FL, and Mrs. Goldie Bradley, Mrs. Johnnie Branch, Mrs. Mary Saunders, Mrs.
Martha Smith and Mrs. Daddie Shelds of Norfolk.
