Norfolk Journal and Guide, Oct 9,1943
Funeral services for Charles Young, 77, of 940 Pollard Street, who died in a 
local hospital on September 30, were held at Hale's Chapel with the Rev. J. M 
Fuller officiating. He is survived by a widow, a brother and other relatives. 
Interment was made in Calvary Cemetery.
