Funeral services for James Ernest Young, 65, 1426 W 43rd street, will be 
held July 27 at First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point.  Mr. Young died July 
22 at the Veterans Hospital, Hampton, VA.

He was a native of Nelson County, VA, and had lived in Norfolk a number of 
years.  He was employed by the U. S. Post Office.

Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Marie V. Young;  one brother, Don L. Young;  
one sister, Mrs. Georgia Shaw;  and one aunt, Mrs. Nannie Mercer.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Hale’s Funeral Home in charge.
