Virginian-Pilot  August 31, 1927
MISS CATHERINE FERGUSON YOUNG, daughter of the late Capt. John J. and Mrs. Anna 
Bullock Young, died yesterday afternoon at 1:45 o'clock at the residence, 327 
Fairfax Avenue.  She was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk.  Surviving her 
are two sisters, Misses Lena and Calla Young; one brother, W. A. Young, and a 
number of nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be conducted at Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock.  Burial will be private in St. 
Mary's Cemetery.
