MRS. BLANCHE YOUNG

NORFOLK - Mrs. Blanche Alvarez Young, 66, of St. Augustine, Fla., died in a 
hospital Saturday while visiting her sister in Norfolk.

She was a daughter of Joseph I. and Mrs. Bridget Hernandez Alvarez.

A native of Havana, Cuba, she lived in St. Augustine lately.  Surviving are two 
sisters, Mrs. Minnie A. Compere of Norfolk and Mrs. Gloria Tuggle of Jacksonville, 
Fla.

The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, to St. 
Mary's Cemetery for a funeral service Thursday at 10 a.m.

The family will be at 9464 Phillips Ave., Norfolk.
