Funeral services were held at Corprew’s Funeral Chapel Saturday, March 21, for
Mrs. Lelia M. Young, of 1233 Glasgow street who died Wednesday March 18, in a
local hospital.

The Rev. U. G. Wilson officiated. Mrs. Esther Loundes acknowledged the
expressions of sympathy and read the family paper. Interment took place in Mt.
Olive Cemetery.

Mrs. Young is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Marian Perry, of this city, and
Mrs. Kathleen Ballentine, of New York; a stepson; two granddaughters, Mrs. Vera
Jiggetts Banks, of Washington DC, and Emily Neal; a sister, Mrs. Erlene Keene,
and other relatives.
