CARD OF THANKS

I want to use this method to thank all who helped in any way during the illness
of my deceased husband, John W. Zachary, who departed this life July 13 to the
friends who sent flowers to the hospital; to the Prince Hall Masonic Club of
Lambert’s Point. I thank this noble body of men who were so loyal to him during
his illness and who were so loyal to me at his death. I can’t say too much in
praise to you; to Mr. General Wooten for the loan of his car; to the Masons
who stood by him while sick and put him away with such high honors, also the
Elks who played their part well; also for the beautiful floral designs. Let me
thank each of those ladies who came and took charge of my home, Mrs. Kizzie
Burnett, Mrs. Sidney Moseley, Mrs. Florence Kindred; Mrs. I. F. Leigh, Mrs. H.
W. Melvin.
