Ben Zedd, 96, of [], died Jan. 3, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital. Mr. Zedd, a 
Norfolk native, was a member of B'Nai Israel Congregation in Norfolk.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Cohen Zedd; a son, Dr. Jesse Charles Zedd 
of Newport News; a sister, Ruth Zedd Perel of Richmond; three brothers, 
Maxwell Zedd of Norfolk and Stanly(sic) Zedd and Raymond Zedd, both of 
Portsmouth; and one grandson, Joshua Frederic Zedd of Newport News.

A graveside service was held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, in Mikro Kodesh 
Cemetery, Norfolk, by Rabbi Shlomo Goder and Rabbi Israel Bornstein. H. D. 
Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, handled arrangements.
