Virginian Pilot November 19, 1961

NORFOLK - John B. Zirnheld, 87, widower of Mrs. Pauline Zirnheld, a native of 
France and a resident of Norfolk 50 years, died Saturday at 5 a.m. at his 
residence, 7527 Virginian Drive.
He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. W. R. Smith, Mrs. B. L. Spitzer, Mrs. 
Clinton Coates, Mrs. Paul Sellers of Norfolk and Mrs. Charles Fuller of 
Springfield, Mass.; two sons, John R. Zirnheld and Robert Edward Zirnheld, of 
Norfolk; 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
The Rosary will be recited in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 7:30. A 
funeral service will be conducted in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Monday at 10 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
