JOHN T. ZOBY

NORFOLK - John Thomas Zoby, 50, of 4115 Killam Ave., died in his home Sunday 
morning.

A lifelong resident of Norfolk, he owned and operated the 38th Street Barber 
Shop.

He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and 
American Legion Post 60.

He was the husband of the late Mary Anne Decker Zoby and a son of Mrs. Nellie 
Kayatt Zoby and the late Thomas Zoby.

Besides his mother, he is survived by a son, John Anthony Zoby, two sisters, Mrs. 
Nora Schwartz and Mrs. Millie Garcia, and four brothers, J. T. Zoby, L. T. Zoby, 
G. P. Zoby and A. T. Zoby, all of Norfolk.

The Rosary will be recited in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Tuesday at 7:30 
p.m.

A Requiem Mass will be said in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Chapel, Colley Avenue, 
Wednesday at 10 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
