Francis Doughty: Minister in Northampton County about 1655, and after, at 
least to 1660. Minister of Sittenburne Parish, (Old) Rappahannock County in 
1668. Probably left Virginia soon after. In Colonial Churches, page 105, 
Francis Doughty spoken of as "Nonconformist." See Felt's Ecclesiastical 
History of New England for one Rev. Francis Doughty, who left Rhode Island for 
Virginia in 1649. The same man.
