Widow: Elizabeth

I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that Elizabeth Southall widow of 
Thomas Southall, who was a private in the 9th Virginia Regiment and who died in 
the service of the United States, is entitled to the sum of twelve pounds 
yearly, commencing from the first day of January, 1786.  Given under my hand, at 
Richmond, this 21st day of October 1786.  Signed: P. Henry
