Who is said to be Absconded that Common Process Cannot be served upon him for One hundred and Seventy pounds and two pence Currnt. Money and Seventy eight pounds of tobo. and the Sherriff having made return that by Virtue of the sd. Attachment he has Attached all of the Effects of the said Glascock in the hands of Sundry Persons & Summoned them to appear as Garnishees, And they now Appearing Declared on Oath as follows, to wit, Henry Christopher that he was Indebted to the sd. Glascock in Twelve Shillings and Eleven pence half penny; George Brown that he was Indebted to the sd. Glascock in Fourteen pounds five Shillings and Seven pence three farthings; William Ball that he was Indebted to the said Glascock in forty five Shillings & six pence; George Astin that he was Indebted to the sd. Glascock in Three pounds two Shillings and two pence half penny; Giles Boggess that he was Indebted to the sd Glascock in Sevin Shillings and six pence; William Thomas that he was Indebted to the said Glascock Thirty eight shillings and Eleven pence; Elizabeth Rice that she was Indebted to the sd. Glascock thirty three shillings; Joseph Humphris that he was Indebted to the sd. Glascock Twenty six shillings and Eleven pence half penny; William Rodham that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Thirty nine Shillings & Seven pence; Thomas Williams that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Three pounds Sixteen Shillings & Sevin pence half penny; George Vanlandingham that he is Indebted to the sd. Glascock Nine pounds two shillings and Seven pence; William Foalks that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Thirty three Shillings and Sevin pence; Thomas Hogan that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Nine pounds eight shillings and two pence; Nathaniel Roe that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Twelve pounds two Shillings and one penny half penny; William Osgriffin that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Eleven pounds ten Shillings and Seven pence Reuben Bryant that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Eight pounds Nine Shillings & ten pence half penny William Elmore that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Three pounds five shillings & eight pence half penny; Samuel Bryant that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Nineteen pounds Eight Shillings and Six pence three farthings; Thomas Dale that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Twenty six ponds; William Lewis that he was indebted to the sd. Glascock Thirty Shillings. And James Burr that he is PAGE 41 indebted to the sd. Glascock Thirteen Shilliings and Nine pence, Whereupon it appearing the the Court that the said Glascock is Indebted the the sd. Saml. Eskridge the said Sum of One hundred And Seventy pounds and two pence and Sevent eight pounds of tobo. Judgement is therefor Granted him against the sd Glascock for the Same together with his Costs by him in this behalf Expended. And it is order’d that the Several Garnishees aforementioned pay unto the sd. Saml. Eskridge the Respective Sums by them declared to be due to the sd. Glascock towards Discharging this Judgement, And this Attachment with respect to Charles Bennet one of the Garnishees Summoned is Dismissed he having no Effects in his hands; And with Respect to Mathew Neale as Exect.
