William Reynolds vs. Thomas Hawkins Whereas by bond given under the hand of Thomas Hawkins it appears that the said Hawkins sold a man servant unto William Reynolds for the tearm of five years it being for longer time than the said Hawkins had...power to dispose or the said servant right to serve as by Order of Court hath plainly appeared We do therefore with full consent allott that the said Hawkins shall perform and put into William Reynolds...the opperacon of the fewer yeares and as sufficient and able hand as that servant now in his custody is whether he live or dye so performe the compleate time of service as from bond from Hawkins is due unto the said Reynolds And we do allott Mr. Hawkins to pay Court charges unto which we have set our hands.
