Also I give & bequeath to my son Thomas Hurst one yoke of Steers called the middle yoke to him & his Heirs forever. also it is my Will and desire That my son Thomas Hurst take my negroe woman Grace and take care she don’t suffer & in Case he should not take sufficient care of her she is at liberty to go [to] any of my children that will... Imprimis I give & bequeath to my Daughter my negroe woman Sarah and her son John with her future Increase to her & her Heirs forever. also I give to my said Daughter Patty two feather beds one with furniture which she has now, and one without furniture. also one yoke of oxen three cows & one yearling two of said cows her first choice and one sow which she has now and one Dutch oven to Her and her Heirs forever. also I give to my sd. Daughter Patty one oval Table to her & her Heirs forever. Imprimis I give & bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Hurst my negroe women Jane and Spencer and Winny with their future increase to her & her Heirs forever also one feather bed bedstead & furniture, also my sorrel mare (called Lanery) also one spinning wheel & Cards to her & her heirs forever. Imprimis I give & bequeath to my son Henry Hurst my negroe fellow Peter, Hannah & Dinnes with their future increase to him & his heirs forever also one feather bed bedstead & furniture, one small gun, one sorrel colt to him & his heirs forever. Imprimis I give & bequeath to my two youngest Children Elizabeth Hurst and Henry the whole of my Estate not heretofore mentioned to be between them Equally divided to them & their Heirs forever. Lastly I nominate and appoint my Trusty friend Thomas Hurst Sen.r Executor to this my last will & Testament hereby revoking all others heretofore by me made Given under my hand & Seal this twenty first day of january one Thousand seven Hundred & ninety five.
